A graduate of Nossi College of Art, where he earned the prestigious Top Chef award and finished at the top of his class, Youjay’s artistry is defined by his passion for Seed-to-plate cooking. His kitchen is an extension of his garden, a space where the vibrant colors and rich aromas of freshly harvested produce are woven into dishes that celebrate the beauty of simplicity and the power of nourishment.
